Why I Built This Space

This space didn’t start as something I planned. It started as something I needed.

Healing isn’t linear. It’s not pretty. And it’s definitely not something you have to do alone. You’re here, which means you’re already in it. Welcome home.

I created The Healing Verse because I needed somewhere to put it all the thoughts I was carrying, the songs that held me together, the words that showed up when I couldn’t find my own. Writing was how I processed. Sharing became how I healed.

What I didn’t expect was how many of you needed the same thing.

So I kept going. I started sharing the books that changed something in me, the music I had on repeat at 2am, the conversations I wish someone had started sooner. And slowly, this became a place not just for me, but for us.
